Call for proposals H2020-ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The EC will soon open a call for proposals to fund a large 20M€ project on AI[1] <#_ftn1>. It is indeed essential to mobilise the AI community in Europe, from academia to industry and users, to join forces to make our industry and citizens benefit from the excellent expertise Europe has in AI.
As opposed to the international competition, European resources are currently scattered, it is therefore essential to combine efforts and develop synergies among all the existing initiatives, to optimise Europe’s potential.
The goal of this call is precisely to capitalise on all existing resources in AI and to provide the necessary support to boost the take up of AI by any industry, helping users to integrate AI in their products, processes and services to improve them.
Objective of the event
This will be the opportunity to receive information about the expectations of this call for proposals, and to team up with potential proposers to develop consortia. Indeed, the proposers will have the possibility to present their project ideas or their expertise to the audience, offering an excellent networking opportunity to develop or complement consortia.
Expected Audience
It will be critical for proposals to bring the right mix of expertise to address the ambitious objective of this call, which is expected to mobilize the major players in the field to lead the development of the European AI-on-demand-platform.
The event is therefore of interest to all the key European stakeholders in AI, either provider or user of this technology, as researcher, integrator, industry, etc.

Participation is free of charge but registration is mandatory. Please note that the number of places is limited; therefore we might not be able to accept all the applications (limited to one participant per organisation/Lab). Link to Registration Form
